Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day roofing construction operations on job sites in Farmington, NM
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and material deliveries to ensure project timelines are met
• Conduct site inspections to enforce quality control and safety compliance standards
• Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to guide roofing installation
• Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Ensure all work meets local building codes, OSHA regulations, and company standards
• Resolve on-site challenges and make real-time decisions to keep projects on track

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a focus on commercial or residential roofing
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and project specifications
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and job site compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and crew management skills
• Must be able to work independently as a 1099 independent contractor
