The position plays a key role in delivering on D&S' promise of exceptional customer experience.This is a full-time opportunity that works during the 7:45 am - 5:30 pm time frame, Monday through Friday. The Receptionist will report to the Collision Center Manager and pay will commensurate with the chosen candidate's experience.Essential Job FunctionsAnswer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person, department or locationProvide basic information in-person and over the phoneGreet all in-person customers with a friendly demeanorAssist with the coordination of customer rental carsMaintain safe and clean reception area, including showroom pens and marketing materialsMaintain and keep inventory of coffee, water and bathroom supplies in customer waiting areaOrder office supplies and keep inventory of stockAssist Collision Center Service Representative with preparing vehicle drop-off files and work authorization formsAssist the Accessory Department by sending out Google Review requestsAssist customers with towsAssist staff with company-hosted events as assignedOther duties and special assignments as assigned Minimum Requirements2+ years of related experience Experience handling multiple lines at once preferredHigh School diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and ability to pass background and credit checkAbility to handle confidential informationPunctual and dependable attendanceFamiliarity with Microsoft Office SuiteCharacteristics SoughtExcellent verbal communication skillsProfessional attitude and appearanceFriendly, outgoing personalityExceptional organization and multi-tasking skills DisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
