Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will provide hands-on patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal recovery outcomes for our patients. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Provide direct patient care through therapeutic activities, adaptive techniques, and modalities. Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care. Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, home exercises, and strategies for daily living. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist. Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
