About the Position

Job Title: RN Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 07:30 AM - 06:00 PM Experience: Minimum of 2 years of case management experience License: Candidates with a conditional MA license will be considered. Certifications: N/A Must-Have: 6 months of discharge planning case management experience in an acute care hospital, ideally within a large organization or teaching hospital with 500 beds or more. Description: Travelers must be in the process of obtaining a permanent license or apply for a permanent license upon offer. Position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Scheduling may include 4x10's or 5x8's depending on operational needs. Candidates should have at least 2 years of case management experience. Experience must include 6 months of discharge planning in an acute care setting. Ideal candidates will have worked in a large organization or teaching hospital with 500 beds or more.
