Marketing Operations & CRM Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Operations & CRM Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. This is a 100% onsite position. Overview: We are working directly with the hiring manager on this search assignment. The Marketing Operations and CRM Specialist drives multi-channel marketing campaigns to support lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. This role focuses on campaign execution, marketing automation, CRM administration, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital, content, social, webinars, and events
- Manage marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing, segmentation, and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Support ABM initiatives and partner with sales on targeted outreach
- Coordinate projects across teams, maintaining timelines and campaign calendars
- Support sales enablement through content and campaign alignment
- Track performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Will be owning the campaign marketing initiatives including the development of them
- BS degree in Marketing, Business or similar field would be ideal
- At least 4-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong background in campaign execution, lead management, and reporting
- Experience in CRM administration and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with ABM and multi-channel marketing strategies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- HubSpot certifications
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, attribution, or B2B industries (technology, manufacturing, etc.)
- Ownership of campaign execution and results
- Ability to leverage CRM and automation tools effectively
- Strong collaboration with sales and internal stakeholders
- Measurable impact on pipeline and growth
