Maintenance Manager

Lead Maintenance Engineer

Lead daily maintenance activities for production and facility equipment. Manage, coach, and develop a maintenance team of 10+ employees. Drive preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related issues. Ensure equipment uptime and rapid response to breakdowns. Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation. Partner with production and sanitation teams to maximize equipment performance. Support emergency response activities and facility safety efforts. Monitor maintenance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and safety requirements. Coordinate outside contractors and service providers when necessary.

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Experience with welding, fabrication, and machine repair. Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motor controls, drives, and 3-phase electrical systems. Proven ability to lead and motivate maintenance teams. Strong communication and organizational skills. Food manufacturing experience highly preferred. Technical certification preferred. Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000. Comprehensive standard benefits package.
