We take pride not only in the quality of our work but also in our people, especially our employee-owners!/ppstrongWhat Youll Be Doing:/strong/pulliSize, select, and engineer Emersons market-leading control valves and associated actuators and instrumentation to address customer applications./liliGather information from customers and teammates to determine the best technical and commercial solution for each opportunity./liliRegularly interact with customers, providing exceptional service and establishing long-term mutually beneficial relationships./liliDevelop technical expertise about Caltrol solutions that bring value to Caltrol stakeholders./liliSupport internal customers (Account Managers, Order Management, Accounting, Shop) to provide support and efficient execution of customer orders./liliCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Account Managers, and Business Unit Leaders on key opportunities to determine Caltrols scope and sales strategy./liliMaintain positive and productive relationships with Caltrols principal suppliers./liliFollow up on quotations, demonstrating an ability to close sales. This may include some negotiations regarding price and/or timeframes without management involvement./liliParticipate in the training, onboarding, and mentorship of Caltrol employees./liliAct as a Caltrol product, industry, or application champion displaying thought leadership and proactive training and support./liliParticipate in Caltrols after-hours customer support program./li/ulpstrongWhat Were Looking For:/strong/pulliCollege degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Distribution or relevant military experience AND 5+ years of applicable industry experience./liliExtensive knowledge of process control fundamentals and Caltrols products and services./liliAbility to apply technical knowledge of valves, actuators, instrumentation, and control systems to engineer, size, and quote solutions effectively./liliCommunicates with purpose and clarity, tailored to the audience.
