Associate - Global Transaction Analytics

Associate - Global Transaction Analytics We are seeking an Associate to join our Global Transaction Analytics practice in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Houston, Nashville and Boston. The role focuses on providing data analytics services to private equity and corporate clients across the transaction lifecycle, supporting M&A, divestment, and investment strategy. Key Responsibilities Assist with numerous client engagements. Extract insights from data sets and trends using various tools and techniques. Effectively facilitate day‑to‑day client interaction and relationships. Collaborate cohesively with stakeholders across the organization. Coach and mentor junior team members to develop technical acumen. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data analytics or transaction services. Buy‑side/vendor due diligence experience and understanding of M&A/PE lifecycle preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, relational databases/SQL querying, Alteryx, business intelligence/visualization (Tableau preferred), and big data/machine learning concepts. Strong technical background with hands‑on data analytics experience and ability to leverage BI software. Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work as a team member in a collaborative setting and as an individual contributor. Ability to thrive and be effective in fast‑paced settings. Compensation and Benefits Base salary is $100,000 annually, variable with experience, education, and geography. A discretionary bonus program is offered.
