Job Title

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:15 AM – 6:45 PM) | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as Needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care/PCU/Stepdown unit setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including potential COVID-positive patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information and care activities accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Float to rehabilitation unit as needed based on staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license with no license hits
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown setting
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
• Current NIHSS certification
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records

Preferred Experience / Skills

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Experience floating to rehabilitation units
• Familiarity with pre-admission screening or stepdown clinical workflows
