HVAC Repair Tech Contract-to-Hire with Growth

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently while ensuring all work meets safety and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and systems. Perform routine maintenance and system inspections. Install replacement parts and recommend system improvements when needed. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety procedures. Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance. EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
