Maintenance Lead

Overview In this role, you’ll work with maintenance craft supervisors to learn their job functions. This position is a maintenance supervisor trainee position. The person in this role would spend time with all craft supervisors and learn their positions. This person would fill-in for the craft supervisors when they are on vacation or on leave. This is a great opportunity for an external candidate to “get their foot in the door” and learn about our mill and maintenance operations. Responsibilities Learn the functions of maintenance craft supervisors by working with them and observing their duties. Fill in for craft supervisors when they are on vacation or on leave. Spend time with all craft supervisors to learn their positions and responsibilities. What You Bring Technical degree or 4+ years of maintenance experience Solid electrical/mechanical maintenance background Strong communication and problem-solving skills This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment with opportunities to influence reliability, safety, and long-term asset performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr PaperWorks
