Hybrid Work Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field required. 10+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry, including leadership of regional or global teams. Strong experience in indirect (NPM) purchasing categories such as capital equipment, MRO, logistics, IT, and services. Proven track record of leading sourcing initiatives, driving cost savings, and improving supplier performance across multiple sites. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams in a matrixed, regional environment. Deep understanding of procurement processes, compliance requirements, and contract management within a global organization. Experience driving process improvements, standardization, and digitalization initiatives within procurement functions. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and strong data analytics capabilities to improve supplier and purchasing data quality. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across plants, functions, and global teams. Strong communication and training skills to drive adoption of procurement processes and ensure alignment with internal and external requirements.
