AI Product Manager

Job Description

AI-native operator: Uses AI daily across requirements, user stories, analysis, and prototyping, with clear examples of measurable impact. Proven AI product delivery: Has taken AI capabilities—LLMs, agents, copilots, or intelligent automation—from concept to production, not just pilots. Sound AI judgment: Understands where AI adds value and where it creates risk, and can define requirements, guardrails, and success metrics accordingly. Learning-systems mindset: Builds closed-loop AI that improves from outcomes, user corrections, and consultant overrides, making each delivery faster than the last. Self-healing design: Has built or scoped systems that detect failures or drift, automatically correct, retry, or escalate, and use those fixes to strengthen future performance. Evaluation discipline: Treats evals, quality scorecards, monitoring, and governance as core product capabilities so learning loops remain clean, auditable, and trustworthy. Delivery transformation experience: Has worked on platforms or tooling for implementation, professional services, or customer onboarding, with the ability to map end-to-end delivery, identify bottlenecks, and redesign workflows around automation. Outcome-driven: Measures success through cycle time, effort hours, and time-to-value, with quantified results to demonstrate impact. Strategic and practical: Stays current on the AI landscape and can make sound build, buy, or partner decisions. Executive presence: Can translate an ambitious goal into a credible roadmap, influence senior leaders, and align delivery teams.

Skills and Requirements
