They contribute to the excellence of the Law Division through meaningful collaboration, participation in the community, and investment in the development of the department.U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced project finance attorney to provide legal support for U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance (IF), with a special focus on debt financing for energy and related infrastructure projects.The successful candidate will support IF on a variety of legal matters with respect to new and existing debt transactions related to the financing of infrastructure assets, with particular focus on midstream, liquified natural gas, thermal and transmission projects. Experience with debt and tax equity financings for renewable energy assets is a plus.
