People Strategy Partner

Pennsburg Manor seeks a People Strategy Partner to align HR strategy with our resident-focused mission in skilled nursing and rehabilitation. In this role, you will partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, recruitment, and retention for nursing, therapy, and support teams. You will guide managers on performance management, employee relations, and staff development while fostering a compassionate, respectful, and collaborative culture. Using HR analytics, you’ll identify trends and implement people-focused solutions that support quality care, regulatory compliance, and professional growth in our close-knit senior care community.
