Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult Experience: 1 year Licenses: RT-FL(Copy needed) Certifications: RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed)

BLS-AHA(Copy needed) AND Registered Respiratory Therapist, NICU Experience: 1 year Licenses: RT-FL(Copy needed) Certifications: RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed)

BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year Level 3 nicu exp NICU
