Position: Account ManagerLocation: Columbus, OHEmployment Type: Contract-to-Hire and In OfficeOur client in the Columbus area is actively seeking motivated and detail-oriented Account Managers to join their growing team. Remote / Hybrid is not an option.The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, maintaining strong relationships while coordinating internally to ensure client needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities include managing account information, handling administrative and data entry tasks, and supporting both clients and their employees with timely and accurate service.The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and possesses strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support an assigned book of business based on revenue and/or enrollmentServe as the internal liaison between clients and internal departmentsMaintain accurate client records and perform data entry and administrative support tasksRespond to client inquiries and provide high-quality customer serviceAssist with day-to-day account management activities and reportingCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth client support operationsQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Relations, or a similar role within the insurance industryStrong understanding of office procedures and administrative processesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesEffective written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with office equipment and standard business technologyThis is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable organization offering long-term growth potential in a collaborative and professional environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
