Trauma Coordinator

Sanford Health is seeking a Trauma Coordinator / Registered Nurse to support coordinated, high-quality trauma care across its patient-centered health system. In this role, you will work with physicians, nurses, emergency services, and other partners to monitor trauma program performance, maintain accurate records, support compliance with applicable standards, and identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes. You will also contribute to staff education, trauma preparedness, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with acute-care experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate, collaborative care.
