Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Comp: $80K–$100K all-in (salary + bonus) • 5% 401(k) match • Medical: 75% employee / 50% family coverage We’re hiring a Relationship Manager on behalf of our client—a growing independent wealth management firm based in Denver. This is a client‑facing operations seat for someone who loves taking care of people and keeping details airtight. What you’ll own Client service + follow-through (phone calls, requests, updates, and proactive communication) Money movement, distributions, and RMD processing Custodial workflow and paperwork (Schwab + Fidelity) Keeping the advisory team and clients covered when life happens (travel, meetings, urgent requests) What we’re looking for Calm, even‑tempered approach (no drama creators) Comfort on the phone and genuine interest in building long‑term client relationships Detail‑driven follow‑through and pride in doing things the right way Interest in a long‑term home in operations/client service (not an advisor‑track role) Nice‑to‑haves Schwab Advisor Center and/or Fidelity Wealthscape experience Orion and/or Redtail exposure Primarily in‑office in Denver with reasonable flexibility for weather/illness/urgent needs Seniority level Associate Employment type Full‑time Job function Sales and Finance Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr The Well
