RN - House Supervisor

Day shift, 3x12-hour schedule (07:00 - 19:00). Every other weekend required, with block scheduling. Job Description The RN House Supervisor will primarily be responsible for facilitating the operations of a critical access hospital. This role requires the ability to support various units including the Emergency Department, Critical Care Unit, Medical/Surgical, Labor and Delivery, and Surgical Services. While not primarily a direct patient care role, the house supervisor must be prepared to assist in patient care needs as necessary. Responsibilities Supervision and oversight of nursing staff across multiple units. Facilitating hospital operations and departmental coordination. Providing leadership and guidance to nursing teams. Assisting with patient care needs, including potential resuscitation during labor and delivery. Supporting the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Registered Nurse (RN) license in WA or Compact state. ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications are mandatory. Two years of charge nurse or house supervisor experience preferred. Experience in Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit settings is required. Travel experience is necessary.
