About the Position

Job Opportunity – Operating Room RN (Spine & Total Joint) – Colorado

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Littleton, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 6:45 AM - 4:45 PM, Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday call only. Evening call coverage 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday (no overnight required). 30-minute response time for on-call.

• Seasonal travel assignment in a dedicated Spine & Total Joint specialty unit with International Hip Preservation Center
• Work with a highly experienced team of 60 staff members in a collaborative, patient-focused environment
• Perform advanced orthopedic procedures including spine fusions, ALIFs, and total joint replacements
• Modern facility staffing 8-11 operating rooms daily with state-of-the-art equipment and technology
• EMR system: Meditech / CPN
• No weekend shifts required - call only on Saturdays and Sundays

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current hospital Operating Room RN experience (required)
• BLS and ACLS certification (required)
• Spine and joint experience (required)
• Active RN license in good standing
• Joint scrub experience (preferred)
• Prior Meditech experience (preferred)
• Flexible, communicative team player with strong patient care background
