Location: New York, NY, Boston, MA or San Francisco, CA (in office 4 days per week)
Compensation: $110,000 base + commission and equity
Employment Type: Full-time

EliseAI builds AI agents for housing and healthcare, integrating deeply into existing workflows to cut costs and improve the experience for residents, patients and operators. Backed by Andreessen Horowitz, it has $100M+ ARR growing 100% year over year and powers about 1 in 6 US apartments.
Founded in 2017, the company has about 500 people.
The RoleEliseAI is hiring Mid-Market Account Executives to identify, engage and close new business in its mid-market multifamily segment, partnering with Customer Success to expand existing accounts.
What You Will Do- Sell to C-suite, VP and director-level executives to drive adoption.
- Own the full cycle with SDR support: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation and expansion.
- Attend industry conferences to grow market presence.
- Bridge customers and product teams on new features.
- Help Sales Ops and Marketing build playbooks and processes for the next stage of growth.
- Quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales with an $800K+ annual quota
- Experience selling into slower-adopting industries (healthcare, HR, construction, restaurants)
- Full-cycle ownership from prospecting to close
- Property management or multifamily experience
