On-Call Sibling Caregiver Labor & Delivery Support

Agape Childcare Staffing Dallas's premier childcare-exclusive staffing company is hiring caring, dependable caregivers for our Labor Companion service.When a family welcomes a new baby, our Labor Companion caregivers care for the older children at home so parents can head to the hospital knowing their kids are calm, safe, and well looked after. This is meaningful, on-call work: you're matched with the family ahead of time (including a pre-labor meet & greet) and called when labor begins. Shifts can be daytime or overnight. Because of the on-call nature, it's a strong fit for mature, flexible students including nursing, early childhood, and child development majors who can hold availability windows and respond reliably when called.What you'll do: Provide steady, comforting care for older siblings in the family's home; keep normal routines going meals, play, bedtime during a busy, exciting time; communicate calmly and professionally with the family.What we're looking for: Solid experience caring for children across age ranges; calm, dependable, and comfortable with on-call and overnight availability. You'll complete Agape's onboarding background check, fingerprinting, TB clearance, and CPR/First Aid.The details: W-2 employee of Agape. $18$20/hour depending on experience. Daytime and overnight shifts available. Supportive, faith-aligned environment.
