Verbally provides an accurate description of various menu items and courses to Guests.Pay Range: $16.00–$22.00 per hour. Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.Must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidaysESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Presents, carries, and runs food by restaurant standardsProvides accurate descriptions of menu items and coursesClears plates from tablesPrepares and serves coffee and tea as neededMust comply with all company policies and procedures.Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position.Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience in a Food & Beverage Service preferredExperience related to dealing with the general public preferredLANGUAGE SKILLSMust have excellent verbal communication skillsMust be able to communicate with guests, team members, and managers effectivelyMATHEMATICAL SKILLSBasic knowledge and understanding of mathREASONING ABILITYMust be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goalsPHYSICAL DEMANDSMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to stand on feet for an extended periodMust be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safelyWORK ENVIRONMENTRestaurant, Dining Room, Bar, Wait Staff and Kitchen areas and other areas on property as necessaryMay occasionally be asked to go outside in all weather conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr Blackberry Farm
