Requisition ID: 924336 Store #: 000626 LensCrafters Position: Full-Time Licensed Optician Responsibilities Welcome all customers and set expectations with them Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses Act as a leader in optical acumen Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs Assist team with complex product needs & prescriptions Use technology accurately and efficiently even under time pressure, maintaining exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tooling Proactively explore root causes of issues, forward‑think solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction exceeds expectations Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs & competencies Maintain and support a clean, attractive, and organized store appearance Inform management of safety opportunities; demonstrate safe work practices Be resourceful, self‑motivated, and committed to continual learning, improvement, and results Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management Basic Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent State licensure Optical dispensing experience Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder Knowledge of current store merchandise Strong basic math skills Awareness of current fashion trends Selling skills – ability to use & carry an iPad/tablet Familiarity with POS, computers & calculators Embrace new technology & change Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service & retail experience Pay Range: 25.02 - 39.02 EssilorLuxottica complies with all applicable laws related to the application and hiring process.
