- Required to work outside year-round in extreme temperatures
- Must be able to work constantly rotating 12-hour shifts
- Candidates must be able to lift 75-100 lbs regularly
- Ideal candidates have a high mechanical aptitude
- Conduct regular visual inspections of equipment
- Monitor material flow from raw material storage to mills, silos, kiln, and clinker storage
- Operate valves, slides, and gates to control material flow
- Measure and report bin, tank, and silo levels
- Assist with preheater tower and kiln inlet scaling
