Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate primary care consistent with the practices mission to serve the community.

• Maintain clinical and quality standards that ensure outstanding patient satisfaction.

• Educate patients on health maintenance, preventive care, and disease management.

• Participate as a key member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical team.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree required.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

• Eligible for or active Connecticut medical license.
