Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow our presence throughout the Somerset community.
Identify potential clients and meet them where they are to discuss long-term financial security.
Maintain high standards of ethical practice while helping families navigate their coverage options.
Collaborate with our home office to streamline the onboarding of new policyholders.
Participate in local business events and community gatherings to strengthen our agency’s reputation.
Provide ongoing support to existing clients to ensure their policies evolve alongside their life changes.
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or field underwriting.
Strong ability to build and manage professional networks from the ground up.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
Excellent verbal communication skills for presenting complex policy information clearly.
