ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent six years working as a State Farm team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building a strong team.

Being involved in the community is important to us. Our agency is active with the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce, sponsors local youth baseball and softball leagues, and proudly supports a community 5K each Christmas season.

As Sales Representative for Scott Lazenby State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
