$20/hr - $21/hr + $2/hr bonus | Inbound sales | Flexible schedule, including weekends | Bilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged | paid training | Permanent role with growth opportunities
Location: Remote / Flexible Schedule
Pay: $20/hr - $21/hr + $2/hr Performance Bonus
Schedule: Flexible, including weekdays, weekends & holidays
Training: 7 weeks Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 5:30pm EST

About the Role
We are hiring licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance agents to join our high-energy, inbound sales team. You’ll help customers understand their insurance options and provide consultative guidance in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This is a permanent position with growth opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For:
Licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged
Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
Comfortable handling inbound calls in a quota-driven environment
Flexible to work any schedule offered within our hours
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound insurance calls from customers looking for coverage
Explain differences in home, auto, and renters insurance
Build trust through needs-based consultative selling
