About the Role:

As a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily facility operations , including staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
• Developing and implementing effective policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and efficient operations

• Collaborating with our leadership team to drive strategic growth and development initiatives

Requirements:

• A valid Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) license in the state of Texas
