TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Beachwood, Ohio, 44122!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 20-week contract options Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry License: Permanent Ohio license or compact license Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: - Minimum of 18 months experience in Med/Surg Telemetry - Active certifications in hand Description: This position is an auto-offer. The role involves working night shifts for three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. A permanent Ohio license or a compact license is required. BLS and ACLS certifications must be active and in hand at the time of application. Candidates must provide a reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty for qualification. The facility requires a negative drug screen. Candidates must be nicotine-free, with exemptions currently applied for nurses and CSTs. Background checks will be reviewed by the facility. BLS and ACLS certifications will be needed throughout employment. Failure to complete required assessments during orientation will result in cancellation of the contract. Candidates may extend their contract for an additional 18 months, after which a break is required. Returning candidates must complete specific competency requirements if they have worked continuously for at least one year. Modules are required annually, and only 4 hours are billable for completion.
