Description: We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. This role offers a consistent morning schedule, making it a great fit for someone seeking steady, daytime hours in a professional office setting. Schedule: 25 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 7AM - 12PM Location: fully in office - Edina, MN Duration: through Dec 2026 Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Open, sort, and prepare incoming mail for processing Extract and review checks/remittance documents for accuracy Enter payment and account data into systems with high attention to detail Follow security procedures and meet daily processing deadlines Prepare and distribute daily reports Assist with assigned special projects Team Accountabilities Delighting my customers Giving my all Creating a great place to work Making improvements Keeping us compliant Supervision This role does not have supervisory or other work direction responsibility over other employees.
