About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Non-Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a 6-month contract basis. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for a variety of business functions, including operations, customer success, finance, marketing, HR, sales, and other corporate roles. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiting professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of identifying and attracting top talent in fast-paced environments.


This position follows a hybrid work model and requires regular onsite presence in our Seattle office.
Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-technical and corporate positions, from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and deliver exceptional talent pipelines.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct recruiter screens and coordinate interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Drive candidate engagement and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines and business objectives.
  • Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring trends to business leaders.
  • Ensure recruiting data is accurately maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including HR, compensation, and hiring teams to facilitate successful hiring outcomes.
  • Support diversity recruiting initiatives and best practices to attract a broad range of qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience , with a focus on non-technical/corporate hiring.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for roles across business functions such as Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Administration.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting within the FinTech industry .
  • Background supporting high-growth, startup, or rapidly scaling organizations.
  • Experience recruiting for regulated industries such as financial services, banking, payments, or lending.
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics and data-driven hiring practices.

Compensation: $55/hour
