Job Description
The Residential/Commercial Painter will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to a variety of surfaces in both residential and commercial properties. This role requires a skilled painter capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team, ensuring high-quality finishes while adhering to safety standards. Most tools are provided, and the position involves daily use of company vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the work process
- Maintain clean and organized work sites after job completion
- Handle painting materials and equipment efficiently and safely
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in painting
- Punctual and reliable
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in surface preparation techniques
- Experience with spray painting methods
- Skilled in brush and roller painting techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Drywall repair skills
