Warehouse Specialist

Overview As a Warehouse Specialist/Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving, auditing, processing, palletizing, stacking large and sometimes heavy materials, as well as shipping items returned to us from locations across the eastern United States. We are an automated facility that uses Geek+ robotics to help deliver items to processing boxes. Responsibilities Receive, audit, process, palletize, and ship items returned to us from locations across the eastern United States. Handle packages/boxes of various sizes and weights, up to 60 pounds, repeatedly. Perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, leaning, climbing, squatting, pushing, and pulling for extended periods (8–10 hours a day). Operate within an automated facility using Geek+ robotics to assist in delivering items to processing boxes. Technical Responsibilities Daily tasks include placing items and scanning them to robots, using handheld devices (e.g., TC22) to scan items to boxes, close boxes, open boxes, and assign boxes to pallets. Ability to read and write in English. Preferred Skills and Qualities Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics environment, or automated environment is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently when required. A proactive attitude toward identifying and improving warehouse processes. Prior experience/certification operating powered equipment such as forklifts, walkie riders, and electric/manual pallet jacks. Work Environment On-site role, five days a week in Shoemakersville, PA. Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and weather. Lift up to 60 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. May require extended hours or weekend shifts. Fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple clients. Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts. Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud.
