Ops Excellence Director — AI Visualization & Value Streams

Lilly is seeking an Associate Director of Operational Excellence in Indianapolis to lead visualization and analytics that map value streams and drive continuous improvement across discovery to launch. This role partners with scientists, PMs, and leaders to translate complex workflows into clear, data-driven visuals. You will build interactive dashboards, surface KPIs automatically, and pilot AI-enabled solutions that reduce manual data entry while supporting BRD's OpEx maturity journey. #J-18808-Ljbffr Initial Therapeutics, Inc.
