Director of Professional Learning

To lead the development of a national Professional Learning practice, the full-time Senior Director of Professional Learning will own the multi-year roadmap, design impactful content, and build a high-performing team while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and implement a multi-year roadmap for Professional Learning, establishing scalable systems and frameworks Direct the design of professional learning content based on adult learning science and real educator conditions Build and manage a national team of Professional Learning Specialists and Managers, ensuring consistent quality across all channels Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in building and leading professional learning or customer education programs, with at least 4 years in a leadership role Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design Experience in scaling functions, including operating models and staffing plans Fluency in data, including defining success metrics and reporting Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred
