Settlement Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Settlement Attorney in San Diego, CA. This role offers the flexibility of working 100% remotely or in a hybrid capacity. The position focuses on managing class action and PAGA settlements without the pressure of billable hours, nights, or weekends. Duties Draft comprehensive class action and PAGA settlement agreements. Prepare and file motions for preliminary and final approval. Manage the settlement lifecycle, coordinating with opposing counsel and claims administrators. Assist with virtual court appearances for approval hearings. Requirements 1+ years of experience in class action and/or PAGA settlements. Strong organizational skills. Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in California. Skills Proficient in legal research and writing.
