A leader in the dog daycare world, we are currently looking for a rockstar Operations Manager to join our team of passionate dog lovers.

We offer a luxury pet resort environment to our furry clients and have spared no expense in providing the ultimate creature comforts from synthetic turf, cabanas, and wading pools to beds and plush flooring. We are a one-stop shop for all your pet needs and we are looking to expand our team as we grow into new locations!

• Base salary starts at $60,000 - $70,000

This job requires educating employees, overseeing operations and staff, maintaining good client relations as well as some physical labor. The job duties are as follows:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the dog resort
• Build client relationships and resolve any client issues
• Transport dogs to the vet as needed
  
• Staff management including coaching, development, performance appraisals, and resolution management
• Play an integral role in training new employees and re-training existing staff as needed
• Manage the performance review process and disciplinary measures
• Handle petty cash and oversee daily cash handling and transactions
• Manage and order inventory
• Oversee prep, feeding, and grooming
• Work with vendors to ensure the maintenance of the facility.
• Liaise with owners/management to ensure the smooth operation of the Daycare and Boarding programs
• Oversee all Front Office operations and ensure sales goals are being met
• Oversee social media of the company and client communication
• Assist in any ad-hoc capacity

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time, crouch and stoop and perform physical work, such as sanitizing the facility, handling and bathing dogs as needed
• Must be reliable, responsible, and a hard worker. Must be able to follow instructions and have good follow-through
• MUST have a positive attitude and be able to motivate your team
• Good computer skills are required
• MUST be friendly and outgoing and MUST really love dogs.
• Must have a valid CA Driver's License.
• Candidates must be available Monday- Sunday
