The Staffing Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, assigning, and retaining qualified employees while providing exceptional customer service to clients. This position ensures compliance with Davis Staffing policies, hiring requirements, safety standards, employment laws, and operational procedures. The Staffing Supervisor works closely with employees, clients, and branch leadership to achieve staffing goals and maintain high levels of customer and employee satisfaction.
Job Qualifications Include:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of staffing, recruiting, customer service, sales, or related experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and staffing software systems.
- Recruit qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on Davis Staffing hiring requirements.
- Verify employment history, references, and supporting documentation as required.
- Ensure all candidate records, notes, and onboarding documentation are complete and compliant.
- Match candidates to customer requirements, skills, and essential job functions.
- Coordinate and complete onboarding activities, including new hire documentation, I-9 verification, E-Verify processing, and orientation.
- Review employee files for accuracy and compliance before assignment.
- Maintain complete and accurate records within company systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Receive, fill, and manage staffing orders.
- Communicate assignment details, expectations, and start information to employees.
- Respond promptly to client concerns and service requests.
- Conduct routine follow-up regarding employee performance, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and assignment status.
- Counsel employees regarding attendance, safety, and workplace expectations.
- Document performance issues, warnings, resignations, and assignment changes.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and workplace conflicts.
- Follow all Davis Staffing policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure hiring practices comply with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), ADA, and applicable employment laws.
- Maintain accurate applicant, employee, customer, and assignment records..
