General Dentist - Leavenworth, KS (New graduates are welcome to apply)

Job Type:  Full-Time (On-site)

Setting:  Outpatient Dental Practice

Schedule:  Mon - Thurs (8am - 5pm)

Friday: (8am - 12pm) No on-call, weekend, or night shift requirements.

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join a growing dental practice in Leavenworth, Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced dentists and new graduates who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, building long-term patient relationships, and contributing to the growth of a well-established practice.

The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, team-oriented, and motivated to grow professionally within a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and evaluations

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

• Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental procedures

• Diagnose oral health conditions and recommend appropriate treatment options

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care while ensuring a positive patient experience

• Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative team members

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Active state dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain licensure)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent chairside manner and patient engagement skills
