Job Skills / Requirements

We're looking for a dependable Lead Custodian to support daily cleaning operations at a local school in Memphis. This position works alongside custodial staff while helping coordinate daily activities, reinforce quality standards, and support communication between the cleaning team and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and custodial duties
Help ensure assigned areas meet quality standards
Assist with training and supporting team members
Reinforce daily work assignments and procedures
Monitor supplies and report operational concerns
Support a safe, clean, and professional environment
Communicate with management regarding service needs
