Part-time Police Officer

Position Details 24 hours per week Rotating schedule designed to cover the days our full-time patrol officer is off duty. Officers will alternate weekly schedules, working a combination of weekdays and weekends to ensure continuous patrol coverage. Duties Patrol operations Traffic enforcement Criminal investigations Calls for service Report writing Community policing Court appearances Any other duties assigned Equipment Provided Uniforms Duty badge Department identification card Portable radio Ballistic vest Applicants are expected to provide their own duty equipment, including their firearm, duty belt, holster, handcuffs, flashlight, and other standard law enforcement gear. Qualifications Current Texas Peace Officer License required. Prior law enforcement experience is preferred; however, newly licensed officers are encouraged to apply. We are willing to train motivated applicants.
