You will coordinate across payments teams and stakeholders to keep programs aligned, on schedule, and measurable. You will use data to help identify priority engagement audiences and evaluate program outcomes. You will help create and distribute high-impact, client-focused content that supports business priorities.Job responsibilitiesSupport planning and execution of strategic client engagement initiatives across corporate and financial institution clientsAssist in building and reviewing client target lists for strategic engagement opportunities, including pre- and post-engagement target analysisMaintain engagement calendars and tracking tools to ensure alignment across functionsTrack client participation, engagement outcomes, and post-event follow-ups and actionsSupport client briefing development, executive meeting preparation, and follow-up activities as neededCoordinate and distribute payments thought leadership contentManage content calendars and execute weekly sales meeting communicationsPartner with subject matter experts to curate actionable, client-focused content aligned to business prioritiesIdentify trends, opportunities, and recommendations to improve engagement effectivenessRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills2+ years of experience in financial services, marketing, sales enablement, communications, business management, and/or client strategyDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelFamiliarity with artificial intelligence (AI) conceptsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skillsDemonstrated written and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degreeExperience supporting sales teamsKnowledge of payments, treasury management, transaction banking, or corporate bankingExperience working in a matrixed global organizationBackground in consulting, strategy, or internal transformation environments JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
