Dental Assistant | 4-Day Workweek & 3-Day Weekends! Our unique 4-day workweek schedule allows you to maximize your full-time hours while getting every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!Key ResponsibilitiesChairside Assisting: Assist doctors during exams, restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, root canals), extractions, and cosmetic treatments by passing instruments, suctioning, and maintaining a clear field of view.Patient Experience: Prepare patients for treatment, take medical/dental histories, update charts, and deliver pre/post-operative instructions with compassion and care.Operatory Prep & Sterilization: Set up treatment rooms, disinfect equipment, and follow OSHA, HIPAA, and strict infection control protocols.Diagnostic Imaging & Scans: Take clear dental X-rays and capture digital scans/impressions as needed.Supply Management: Maintain operatory stocking, organize instrument trays, and assist with clinical inventory.Qualifications & SkillsRequired: Arizona Dental Assistant CertificationRequired: Arizona Dental Radiologic Safety Certificate (X-ray Certified)Required: Arizona Coronal Polish CertificatePreferred: 1+ years of chairside dental assisting experience in a general dentistry settingMindset: Reliable, punctual for early morning starts, detail-oriented, and a true team player who values high patient satisfactionWhat We Offer (Benefits)Competitive Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hr (depending on experience & certifications)Comprehensive Healthcare: Medical & Dental coverageRetirement Security: 401(k) planBalanced Work-Life Schedule: Full 40-hour work schedule packed into 4 days with every Friday offModern Facility: Equipped with updated dental tech, digital impressions/scanning, and strict safety standardsHow to ApplyIf you are an energetic, certified Dental Assistant looking for a long-term clinical home with great doctors, a steady schedule, and competitive pay, we want to hear from you!
