Senior Project Manager - Federal Billing Apps & Cloud Modernization
CVP (Customer Value Partners)
CVP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of the Finance Application portfolio, including three billing systems: CIT Billing, AIS, and Telecom Billing. You will own O&M, modernization, and governance across these applications. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and partnerships with IT and federal stakeholders, ensure DevSecOps practices, and drive compliance with EPLC/Agile processes to support NIH and other public-sector billing environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr CVP (Customer Value Partners)
