Requirements

• California state license
• Certifications: BLS, Manual Therapy
• 2 years of previous charge experience preferred
• Charting System Experience: Epic preferred
• Experience in Acute Care and Patient Transport to/from Treatment/Admissions is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation services.
• Evaluate and assess patient needs and create care plans.
• Document patient progress and utilize appropriate charting systems.
• Educate patients and families on care and rehabilitation practices.
• Work independently and manage time effectively, especially during weekends.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Compliance / Notes

Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). Requests for time off must be made at the time of submission.
