About the Position Position duties: oversee the Pharmacy dispensing area; process new orders, refill requests and both 90-day and 60-day order renewals; ensure proper billing to third parties; help maintain perpetual inventory; assist prescribers in obtaining prior authorization for certain medications as needed; prepare evals for Hab Team meetings; function as acting supervisor in the absence of the Pharmacy Director; provide drug information and advice as requested by prescribers and nursing staff; maintain and update the After Hours cabinet annually and/or as needed; share on-call duties with Pharmacy Director during all hours that the Pharmacy is closed. Ability to perform chart reviews as needed. Preferred Qualifications Typically requires state licensure as a Pharmacist, 4-5 years of experience as a Pharmacist. Agency Preferred Qualifications: Must have (or obtain during the first year) a Consultant Pharmacist license.
