Roofing Field Supervisor

CentiMark Corporation , the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, offers an opportunity for an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor in the greater Cincinnati area. CentiMark Corporation is North America’s largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 offices and over 3,500 employees. Each office has dedicated crews for the installation and service of all major roof systems, who are highly trained and experienced with a focus on safety. Job Summary The pay range is $26/hr - $32/hr, based on experience. Responsibilities Supervise a large‑scale new construction project with multiple roofing systems. Supervise multiple subcontractor crews. Work closely with the General Contractor for schedule adherence and changes in scope of work. Document all changes in scope of work to both the CentiMark team and the General Contractor. Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Project Manager. Schedule job‑site deliveries and attend all job‑site meetings. Set up and maintain a safe job site according to CentiMark’s safety plan and the General Contractor’s safety plan. Communicate effectively in speaking and writing. Candidate Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field. Knowledge of commercial roofing assemblies. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and email. Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret blueprints is a plus. Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet. Valid driver’s license. Ready to work weekends and/or holidays, out‑of‑town travel, and overtime as needed.
